Care
Bright copper. To keep the shine at its best, avoid perfume, lotions, chlorine and cleaning products, and don’t rub it with anything abrasive. Wipe it with a soft, dry cloth. Take it off to swim, shower or work out, and dry it if it gets wet.
Shipping and delivery
If you order it with your Tótem bracelet, it ships in the same parcel. Free shipping on your first order with code BIENVENIDA; otherwise it costs €7.49. We prepare it in 3 to 5 days and it reaches you in 8 to 15 days, with no customs or fees on delivery. We email you the tracking number. For now we ship to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands.
Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to try it. If it’s not for you, write to hola@kruzada.com and we’ll tell you how to return it. We only ask that it comes back in good condition with its accessories. Return shipping is on you, unless it arrives faulty or isn’t what you ordered.
